Introductory Class Fees
Introductory classes are charged to secure your place in your chosen class. These are charged at the regular lesson rate.
Introductory classes will be refunded should you need to cancel your Introductory Class booking.
2025 Fee Schedule
*all costs are GST inclusive
Annual Registration Fee – $40 per student
Core and Add-On classes:
- We Bop class – $10 per class
- 15 minute class – $5 per class
- 30 minute class – $15 per class
- 45 minute class – $17.50 per class
- 1 hour class – $20 per class
- 1 hr 15 min class – $23 per class
All classes are charged per Term, in line with State School Terms.
Extension Classes and Private Lesson Charges:
15 min class – $25 per class for 1 student, $12.50 per class for 2 students, $8.50 per class for 3 students
30 min class – $50 per class for 1 student, $25 per class for 2 students, $17 per class for 3 students
45 min class – $20 per class for 3 students
1 hour class – $33 per class for 3 students
Extension Classes of 4 students or more are charged at the normal rate.
Multi-class and Family Discounts
Total classes counted per family, with the exclusion of 15 minute classes, Extension classes and private lessons.
3 -4 classes per week – 5% discount
5 -6 classes per week – 10% discount
7 -8 classes per week – 15% discount
Discounts only apply if Fees are paid by the Due Date.
Terms
Fees will be issued per Term and are payable the Friday before Term commences.
Introductory Class Fees are non-refundable, except where you need to cancel the Introductory class.
Registration Fees and any Term Fees paid via the Portal attract a 1.75% + $0.30 processing fees. Term Fees paid in person via EFTPOS attract a 1.9% processing fee. No additional fees apply for payment made via direct deposit.
No refunds are available on Fees due to overheads that remain whether your child attends or not. Make up classes are available for missed lessons, these must be arranged through the office.
Families may choose to pay their fees in 5 instalments over the term using Auto-Pay. Please contact the office BEFORE the Due Date on your invoice to arrange this.
Fees not paid by the due date and arrangement not made for an extension or payment plan will result in a Late Fee of $10 and continued non-payment will result in unenrolment.
